Welcome to HRPDA!!
The Human Resource Professional Development Association is the
newest SHRM affiliate chapter in Indiana. We serve the Indianapolis
market operating primarily on the north side of Indianapolis.
We are a dedicated group of professionals who are interested
in enhancing our professional development. Our programs are
focused on providing new skills or information to our members.
You are welcome to attend a meeting as our guest. Feel free
to contact any of our board members and we will be happy to
tell you more.
OUR VISION…
The vision of
HRPDA is to promote the Human Resource profession as a necessary
and interactive strategic partner of business. Our hallmarks
will be the innovation, initiative, communications and teamwork
of our members to stay abreast of and effectively respond to
future business development, change management, professional-technical
enhancements and competencies which directly affect the human
resource professional, the people and the profitability in every
business setting, personal and professional.

The mission
of HRPDA is to provide our members with additional development
opportunities designed to assist them in making a direct impact
on the profitability of the organization for which they work.
We promote an open communications atmosphere in which the diverse
experiences of the membership may be shared for the professional
betterment of all. Our goal is to enhance our member's ability
to do the following:
- Align the
HR function with their corresponding corporate business strategy
- Create an
attractive employee value proposition.
- Achieve a
high degree of corporate citizenship
- Design and
deliver effective and valuable compliance policies and procedures

Eligibility:
- HR exempt
level experience for a minimum of 3 yrs.
- Faculty members
in HR Mgt or related with 3 yrs experience teaching.
- FT Consultants
with 3 yrs experience in HR Mgt
- Attorneys
with minimum 3 yrs experience relating to the HR profession
- Sr. Executive
/financial leaders with job relationship with HR
- Student Affiliation
- Must be a
National SHRM Member – we are a 100% Chapter
Dues:
- $120.00 per
year. Includes continental breakfast, informative speakers,
HR networking. ($10.00 per meeting)
